Hi Kim! You are definitely on the right track.. However the rebate has to be used when you buy a DVD and 2 bandaid products on one transaction. So, if you bought the movie at Walgreens and did the bandaid deal on the same transaction, you would be eligible for the rebate.

Also – I’m not sure whether or not the coupon I posted for Princess and the Frog will work at CVS.. It depends on whether or not CVS sells Blu-Ray DVDs since that is what the coupon is for. I wanted to post the coupon just in case!

Therefore the movie ends up being $1.99.

Dee Dee – Mathematically everything you said works out. My concern is whether or not the 1.55 oz Nestle Crunch bars are included in the ECB deal. The coupon says 1.55 oz Nestle Crunch singles and the ad says “Nestle Crunch or Chunky 4-5 oz”. That said, if CVS includes ALL of their candy in the ECB deal then the B1G1 coupon is great.. I have a gut feeling, however, that only the items included in the ad are for sale. I say, bring the coupons to CVS in case they are included and update me on what happens! 🙂

Could that be used toward $10 in Easter Candy? Would it make mathematical sense to use them?

5 coupons would have you spending $4.45 for $8.90 of candy. Add 2 candy filled eggs for .88 each and you’ve hit the $10.00 mark by only spending $6.21. subtract 3 ECB and you’ve only spent $3.21. Items would average .27 each. Of course, a bag of miniatures is MUCH more fun that a plain candy bar – there is that.

Hi Erica – CVS’ sales ad does often have differences in different regions but usually the differences are very minor (if at all)… I did just look up Miami’s sales ad on CVS.com and on page 8 online it is showing the deal “Spend $15, get $5ECBs when you buy Dove & Degree products” Are you sure your ad isn’t showing it? Go Here to see your online ad. 🙂 Let me know what you find out!
