CVS is back with some freebies this week! Pay attention to the expiration dates of the coupons because some expire 10/31/11. Also, make sure you check out the $10.00 gift card deals under “Other Deals” towards the bottom of this post. You can earn up to five $10 gift cards for select stores when you spend $30 on participating products. May be a great opportunity to earn some gift cards for the holidays! I have posted every ECB deal in this week’s CVS ad but if you see any other deals or unadvertised ECB deals, please leave a comment on this post so that everyone can take advantage of the deals. You can email them to me but I may not have a chance to post each and every deal – so posting them here would be better.
**Also – make sure you click the link at the bottom of this post that says “Display All Matchups” so that you don’t miss out on any of the deals below!

About the covergirl deal idea, my $8 coupons say only one per purchase. Can I still do this deal?
Susie says
Lacey,
If you read the whole coupon, you should be able to use 4 per transaction. You must buy the same amount of facial products as coupons used. So if you were buying 4 covergirl items in one transaction you would use 2 $8 off 2 coupons. Hope that helps!

The $2 Listerine Total Care Zero q states it is good on 1L or larger.

Liza – Just went to CVS – the Aveeno deal ($7 ECB wyb 2) says .5 oz+, so I bought TWO travel size (They are 1.0 oz each) They were $1.49 each, used the $3/2 (does not limit size) so I got them for free, AND got $7 ECB for buying two Aveeno products! The $7 didn’t print automatically, but because it was COMPLETELY within the limits of the deal in the ad, the cashier said she had no problem printing out $7 ECB’s for me! What a deal!

i thought the coupons did have a size limit on them, excluding travel/trial which the 1 oz are.
Dayna says
Yes, that coupon did say no trial size, but I bought the two trial size lotions and spent $3.19 and the $7ECBs printed on my receipt. Still a great deal! Thanks for the tip Erin P.

I’m confused about the Aveeno deal after reading Dayna’s and jfg428’s comments about the coupon language. Would some one be able to clarify this before I had to CVS to shop. Is it a “legal” coupon deal? Both of their comments seem to say that it the coupons are not supposed to be used that way, but the register & catalina machines won’t know it when everything is scanned. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Hi Em, when I went, I didn’t realize the coupon said it excluded trial sizes, so i gave it to the cashier and it gave him an error when he scanned it. He read it and saw it excluded the trial sizes. I bought them anyway and the $7ECBs printed on my receipt because the ECB deal includes 0.5 oz to 18 oz lotions or creams so those qualify. Hope that helps!

Hi Dayna. Thanks for the info. Am going to CVS to check it out. Hopefully there will be a couple of trial sizes left. My local stores are shameful with the way the hardly ever have enough ECB deal items, no matter what day of the week I go.

Could you use the BOGO Axe coupon to receive both for free?
