Hi Dayna. Thanks for the info. Am going to CVS to check it out. Hopefully there will be a couple of trial sizes left. My local stores are shameful with the way the hardly ever have enough ECB deal items, no matter what day of the week I go.

Hi Em, when I went, I didn’t realize the coupon said it excluded trial sizes, so i gave it to the cashier and it gave him an error when he scanned it. He read it and saw it excluded the trial sizes. I bought them anyway and the $7ECBs printed on my receipt because the ECB deal includes 0.5 oz to 18 oz lotions or creams so those qualify. Hope that helps!

I’m confused about the Aveeno deal after reading Dayna’s and jfg428’s comments about the coupon language. Would some one be able to clarify this before I had to CVS to shop. Is it a “legal” coupon deal? Both of their comments seem to say that it the coupons are not supposed to be used that way, but the register & catalina machines won’t know it when everything is scanned. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Yes, that coupon did say no trial size, but I bought the two trial size lotions and spent $3.19 and the $7ECBs printed on my receipt. Still a great deal! Thanks for the tip Erin P.

i thought the coupons did have a size limit on them, excluding travel/trial which the 1 oz are.

The $7 didn’t print automatically, but because it was COMPLETELY within the limits of the deal in the ad, the cashier said she had no problem printing out $7 ECB’s for me! What a deal!

Lacey,
If you read the whole coupon, you should be able to use 4 per transaction. You must buy the same amount of facial products as coupons used. So if you were buying 4 covergirl items in one transaction you would use 2 $8 off 2 coupons. Hope that helps!
