I know I am not alone in that I do primarily all of my shopping online. In fact, just a few nights ago as my husband and I were driving by a local outlet mall, I commented to him that I have never been there. It’s a huge, beautiful outlet mall full of tons of popular stores and yet, I haven’t been there because I do all of my shopping (minus grocery shopping) online! Being a frugal blogger, most of you know that not only do I like a good deal, but I pretty much only buy clothing, toys, household goods, etc that are on sale.
There are a few steps I typically take before shopping online. I first check my email to see if that particular store has sent me online coupon codes. If not, I then go to their Facebook and Twitter page to see if they are promoting any codes. Then, I will go onto the website to join their email list. More often than not, online stores send out coupon codes throughout the month. If I don’t get an immediate email with a coupon code, I will either wait a few days for an email OR if it is a time sensitive purchase, I will go ahead and make my purchase right away without a code.
Dealspotr is the place to go to find current, working coupon codes for pretty much every store online. To use Dealspotr is easy. Simply head HERE and create an account. Then, search the store name you are looking for. Once you search the store, all of the available coupon codes will appear. Some codes are older and may not work, but generally, the newer codes will work!
Above is a picture of my checkout screen. I was ready to checkout until I realized I wasn’t using a coupon code. I decided to search for one on Dealspotr!
I was about to place an order on Old Navy when I realized I didn’t have any coupon codes to use. With the sale but WITHOUT coupons, I was spending $45.32 before tax (which was still an awesome deal considering all of the items I was buying was on Clearance AND considering that there was an additional 35% in savings off everything on Old Navy). However, seeing the empty promo or rewards code made me want to find a working code! I really wanted to save even more money. I headed to my account on Dealspotr and went to the Old Navy Deals Page. Tons of coupon codes appeared. I knew that the older codes probably wouldn’t work so I focused on the codes that were submitted within this past week. I tried the three most recent codes and the fourth code worked. When I clicked on SALE, I was taken to Old Navy and on the checkout page, I saved an additional 10% on my order dropping my total down to $40.77 before tax! That is $4.55 in savings which I saved in approximately 3 minutes. Not bad!!
Above is the result screen of my Old Navy search.
Instead of searching stores, you can also click the links on the Store Dropdown to easily get to whatever store you are looking at. Above is the Old Navy page found HERE. When you go directly to the store page, the codes will be listed in the order of accuracy! Dealspotr really makes saving money easy.
Above is what appeared when I clicked on SALE I could either copy the code and paste it onto Old Navy or I could click on “Go there now” to be taken directly to Old Navy.
Above is my checkout screen on Old Navy showing my additional 10% off savings courtesy of the code I obtained on Dealspotr.
In just a few minute’s time, I was able to save almost $5.00. In a sense, I paid myself $5 for less than 5 minute’s worth of work. Not bad at all!!
