Okay guys – I know that many of you have had problems redeeming your Domino’s Pizza Groupon. I actually purchased two of these Groupons and used both with no problems. That said, I found the redemption process difficult. So, I thought I would try to walk you through it a bit?
1) Login to your Groupon Account
2) Once you login, under your name (which is on the top right of the page) is a dropdown member. Click on “My Groupons”
3) Select your Domino’s Groupon by clicking “Print”. A new Adobe Acrobat window will open. You do not need to print your groupon. Just keep the certificate screen open.
4) On your Domino’s Groupon certificate is the direct web link for the Domino’s Groupon deal. **You can not go to Domino’s regular website to use your certificate. You have to use this specific link provided which is http://gr.pn/hBkGce
5) Once you open the Domino’s Groupon Link, you will have to enter in your Groupon promo code (located on your Groupon certificate) and enter your email addres.
6) You will immediately receive an email from Domino’s. Open it. Click the link to Domino’s provided in your email where it says “Order and Save Now”. Order a large pizza with 10 toppings or less.
7) Go to checkout. At checkout, click the option to pay via gift card. Enter your gift card # that is provided in your email and enter the PIN # provided. (This will subtract $8.00 which is what you should owe.) I always had a remaining balance of $0.56 which was for tax.
**As a worst case scenario, if you still aren’t able to use your gift certificate, Groupon will refund you. Their customer service is exceptional.

Also – as a tip – I found that Internet Explorer didn’t work well for me when I went to use my Groupon. When I used Firefox, I had no problems redeeming my Groupon.

It is a rather tedious process. I messed up last time and Domino’s gladly canceled my order and let me try again. I have redeemed 5 so far. The key is you have to go through the link on the email you receive. I hope this helps, too. You also have to have the latest Adobe.

So your walk through helped, thank you. However, when I redeemed my groupon, which I already paid $8 for, it says on the Domino’s order page that I still need to pay another $8… Did I miss something and the total price of the Pizza is $16 or is it supposed to be $8 total??
Hi John – After you paste your gift card number (that you receive in your email), your total should drop to $0.00 (I had to pay $0.56 in tax).. Did that happen? You shouldn’t have to pay anything out of pocket except for tax since you already paid for your Groupon certificate…
The pizza I ordered is $21 originally. After putting in the gift card number from my email, it drops the price to $8.00 + $0.76 in tax. When I go to order the pizza, it says I still owe $8.76… I’m making my own pizza, though i don’t think that should matter…
Nevermind. I got it. I thought since I already put in my gift card number that I didn’t need to put it in again under pay with gift card. It turned out to be $0.76. Thanks again for your walk through. No way I would have figured it out on my own.

When I put in the promotional code and email, it said the promotion expired. But the page I printed out said Expires 5/19/11 and my Groupon site says I have 8 days left to redeem???
Hi Mary – I’m not quite sure what to say? The Groupon definitely has not expired yet.. I know this is an obvious question but you are sure you haven’t used this Groupon certificate already right? 🙂 Otherwise, my thought is that you could clear your cookies and try again? Or try in a different web browser? I found firefox to work best for me.. If this still doesn’t work, I recommend you contact Groupon asking to get reimbursed. Good luck!
this is the worst groupon you have ever offered. I wiil not only never buy from dominos{terrible pizza’s] but if you offer anymore like this I will stop buying from groupon, and tell everyone that I know not to aleida…
Aleida – I’ve done everything I can to help everyone out with this giving the tips I learned when using my own Groupon certificate I bought. I’ve also given the option of contacting Groupon to get reimbursed. I am not personally offering this Groupon – when I post deals, I am doing nothing more then posting good deals that are available. If you have a problem with the deal, please contact Groupon directly. I do not work for Groupon – I post deals and very often I purchase the same deals that my readers do. My husband and I happen to like Domino’s pizza and we used two Groupon certificates successfully with no problems. I am sorry to hear your frustration – as I told you in this post – contact Groupon for a reimbursement if you have problems. Groupon’s customer service is wonderful. Thanks for the comment.
WOW hardest groupon I have ever tryed to use. Thanks for your help without it I would of gave up but it still took me 45 min. to figure out, so many steps. I had to do it over and over again till it worked. $8 comes off once you put in your gift # and pin # which is on another page after you check out. Thanks for your help!!!

I’ve ordered 2 before no problem in previous weeks, but now when I try, the website http://gr.pn/hBkGce is not opening. Is anyone else having this problem? Says I should still have 2 days to use it on the Groupon.
I tried to order by in the last page it says “We’re sorry! Gift cards cannot be redeemed on future orders” *angry*
Tried to pay by cash or credit card but no matter what I chosed, the “Place order” button was greyed out *even more angry*
