Today we will email Huggies

I am less than thrilled with Huggies customer service right now. I have emailed them a few times about missing rewards codes in their new slip on diapers. I have purchased close to 20 packs and their initial response to me was “we mailed you a preaddressed envelope so you can send us copies of your receipts and lot numbers from your packages and we will send you rewards codes. The second response I received was much better…. “We are sorry that your recent purchase did not contain a redeemable Rewards code. We will be happy to provide you with the appropriate replacement code or codes. To ensure you receive the proper point value, please reply to this e-mail with the following information: the product you purchased and the quantity of the package. If you purchased HUGGIES® diapers or PULL-UPS® training pants, please also include the size of the diapers or pants.
We value you as our customer and appreciate your interest in our products. Thanks again for participating in the HUGGIES Enjoy the Ride Rewards program.”
However after replying immediately to them on September 7th. I have not heard anything back. I am buying a lot of these diapers because the sales and coupons are great but NONE of the packages were shipped with codes in them. They are part of the rewards program. I use the codes for free diapers and that is a lot of missing points. They don’t seem to have a good answer. They are pretty stingy with coupons too. They did sent me a $1 off coupon with the pre addressed envelope. $1 seriously? There are better coupons in the paper! Ridiculous. Good luck with the emailing….

I e-mailed with a question on the new slip-ons huggies. It took a while to get a reply (though I got an immediate e-mail saying their Customer Service was backed up), but they sent me $1 off and a $3 off, plus a couple 50cent KimberlyClark Qs.
