Their customer service is a joke. It takes at least 20-30 minutes to get somebody on the line and usually that person has no idea what you are talking about. And they suggest to email your problem instead, and when you email, they ask you to call… Every single time I ordered something from them I had a problem. For example, when I ordered Christmas cards, I received less cards and envelopes with wrong names as a back address and their customer service didn’t really care much. It took them weeks to mail remaning cards and envelopes with correct (mine) address! And nevemind Christmas was just around the corner. Their software installation wasn’t working on my laptop, and after spending 3 days, I was given a link to download it from other place. Since then I have problems placing my orders. I always receive “purchase session expired” and their customer service has no solution. After spending hours and hours creating my photo books it’s a shame I cannot order it and their tech support has no clue what to do.
I have 3 different photo books ordered from MyPublisher within last year, and their quality is the same as their customer service. I recommend to use blurb instead. Never had problems with them.
