1) Go to Old Orchard’s website HERE and sign up for an account with them. Make sure you use your couponing email account, as they will send you an email to verify it’s a legitimate email. Once you do this, you will be given 1000 points
2) After you’ve signed up, click on Promotions at the top of their page, and take the survey on Juice Habits, which will take about three minutes or so. This will score you another 1000 points.
3) Once you’ve got your 2000 points total (1000 for signing up and 1000 for taking the survey), click on Fan Club at the top.

Do you know if these ever go on BOGO at Publix?
Just so you aren’t wasting your time, I’ve done this before and when I have received the coupon, I cannot find the bottles anywhere in Florida. When I called in, it seems like you can only buy the frozen concentrate here, but not the 64 oz. bottles. If you can find it, PLEASE let me know as I already have 2 free coupons that I can’t even use. Thanks!

I live in Brooksville, FL and I am pretty sure we have them at our Publix store. I believe I bought them on BOGO a few months ago.
