I did a live chat at redbox.com and it is not a general promo code good for a specific day/weekend. It is one that they give out and is good for 45 days from the date sent. Therefore, I think it is a one-time use coupon for one person. You might want to contact Red Box about it.
That is strange, I just reserved a movie with no issues. The movie was Step Dogs…maybe no wanted to see it, so they let me rent it for free…lol. This was after reading your post. I just gave it a try, and it worked.??????
Michelle is accurate. This is not a free rental, even though it shows up as free when I checked out. I was able to get a full refund, as I had not picked up the rental yet.
I did a live chat with Red Box and this is their response: “Looking into our system, this code does not exist.”
There are so many bad codes out there that I do a live chat with Red Box so I don’t make a trip for nothing. You can do it before posting if you aren’t sure.

I tried at CVS and at McD’s and neither were valid promo codes.
As well as, I have my phone set up to recieve texts from RedBox when new codes are released and I never got a text about this code. I think this is a bogus promo that someone created…as it is odd in lettering too — KLLL – seems to wierd to me!
