One of the things I miss from growing up in Connecticut is the fact that I had two Friendly’s located near me. I LOVE Friendly’s ice cream. Especially their Reese’s Pieces Ice Cream Sundaes. YUM. In fact, when I finished running my first full marathon my meal of choice was a burger and Reese’s Sundae at Friendly’s! 🙂

My name is Liza and I began my money-saving journey in the Spring of 2009 as a way to stretch a limited household income. I had lost my job and my hubby was self-employed.
