Hi, my husband joined Topcashback and we paid for the Luvs diapers deal. We checked tonight on the status of the $17.50 and it showed that they declined our purchase transaction. Do you know anything about it or has this happened to anyone else from this deal? We picked up the diapers from Walmart tonight.We are totally confused.
