This is a fun Freebie! Score a night of FREE camping at KOA when you pay for one night on the weekend of May 9th – 10th, 2014. One of the good things about the KOA campgrounds is that they have so many local sites and they are a great place to “test out” camping with little one in tow. You’ll find many more details about the free night of camping HERE.
Here’s an important “Why” from their website:
“Now in its 11th year, funds raised during this weekend help send children with cancer to KOA Care Camps across North America. These 56 specialized, medically equipped facilities offer a true summer camp experience to children undergoing treatment or recovering from cancer. The KOA Care Camps Trust distributes $500,000 annually to these camps to help send children to the summer camps of their dreams.”
If this is something you think you and your family would be interested in, find a list of participating campsites HERE and be sure to register soon as sites are filling up fast. Quick Tip: You might want to make sure ‘Mom’ likes camping too since Mother’s Day is May 11th, 2014! But if it is something she would enjoy then surprise her. 🙂
Thanks Mojo.
