I bought 2 conditioners. They rang up correctly but did not receive the points. I could not find in the add where it stated it so I could not get them to credit it. Liza are you sure it is working? TIA
I did the same thing, even tried a few different items. Then a manager had to do some investigating in the back and said that the 4000 points were not on the hair care products but only on the facial product. 🙁
