Toluna is accepting new applicants to take surveys and test products. I did some research online regarding Toluna and many reputable bloggers have received great products to test out. I signed up for Toluna and I’ve completed several surveys, however none of the survey points have been added to my account. I contacted customer care via email (the only option I could find) and was told that it can take up to 6 weeks to see the points in my account. However, when I complete the surveys, it says I’ll see the points in 14 days.
Is anyone else having this problem?
