My name is Liza and I began my money-saving journey in the Spring of 2009 as a way to stretch a limited household income. I had lost my job and my hubby was self-employed. I launched Addicted to Saving in November of 2009 and it has grown by leaps and bounds. Since then, my hubby and I have struggled with the ups and downs of two failed adoptions and are now LOVING being parents to our little man Asher who we brought home from Ethiopia in August of 2013. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving Liza. I’m thankful for your blog and for you. I went to your workshop some time ago at Indian Rocks Baptist and have followed you ever since. I read the most recent writings by you and Jeff on your adoption journey and cried last night. I know that God will honor your faithfulness to him. He’s with you through it all. He truly is our rock, the Lord of Lords and King of Kings.
Thank you so much Judy. I’ve appreciated your “online friendship” for the past few years. This has been a rough year. I haven’t had one like this in a long time. But as you said, God is here through it all. As long as I remember that, I can have hope for the future.

I entertained yesterday so was not online at all. I hope you and yours enjoyed a very Happy Thanksgiving. You have changed the lives of many people over these past 3 years….probably more than you even realize. You and Jeff are a blessing to have in our community.
