For this promotion, probably. You can go to their website to print coupons as well: http://www.baileyscreamers.com/sp/coupons.aspx#. Another suggestion would be to email them and them know you’re a big fan but that you don’t have a Facebook account. Many times they’ll send you a coupon just for saying hello!
