I have used this stuff before, but you need to be careful. It will turn your hands dark and also will “stick” to dryer skin (heels, knees) and darken those areas more. Make sure to exfoliate the area that you are going to self-tan (I use a mixture of sugar and olive oil) but do this a day before you intend to start applying the self-tan.
