Being a mother to 7, I have to really coupon! This was my first time on this site and I love it! We were just talking about getting our daughter the pictionary game for her birthday and now we can get it for a $1 thanks to the coupon!!!
I tried this at my Walmart but, was unsuccessful. The Pictionary card game is made by Mattel …. who also makes Uno. The coupon is for Hasbro …. who apparently makes the big Pictionary game. I was confused since “Pictionary” is a trademark name and I did not think another toy company could use it. Perhaps the two companies have some kind of collaboration agreement on this product. Did anyone else have problems?
I too tried at Wal-Mart but also was unsuccessful. I had no idea that Mattel made this game…when the coupon didn’t scan, I thought really? Just another coupon that has difficulties scanning and accepting. A journal report printed and the cashier was just as baffled as I was….then she finally read it….the coupon states On one Pictionary Game by Hasbro. So she would not accept the coupon and I simply said “no thank you” and had her take it off my bill. Bummer!!! The price rang up $6.88, so really $1.88 not too bad…but didn’t work for me! 🙁
Sorry it didn’t work for you either. But, it must be working for some people. I was at another Walmart yesterday, and they did not have any of the Pictionary Card Games on the shelves …. appeared to be all sold out. Thanks for leaving your comment …. I was beginning to think I was the only one have this problem. LOL
