I used this today, and the manager made a stink about it, but she couldn’t argue with me that the coupon didn’t say “Excludes sale items.”

So, technically you should be able to use the 20% off coupon, but you will probably have to talk with the manager.

My coupon says $3 off eye or face so I took face to be foundation and powder since your eyes are on your face and it is a seperate category on the coupon.
