My name is Liza and I began my money-saving journey in the Spring of 2009 as a way to stretch a limited household income. I had lost my job and my hubby was self-employed. Just FYI, I’m right on the border of NC and SC, but I live in Charlotte, NC. It won’t let me sign up for the promotion even though I have a Publix about 3 miles away. There’s no choice for “NC” in the pull down, and it says the offer is not available in my zip code. So some other people in the Charlotte area may run into the same issue.
