Temple Terrace Publix had an outdoor thing going on one day in part of their parking lot, sponsored by USF where they had a few games and raffles going on with samples and give outs from AMP, Blue Bell ice cream and some other things.
That’s where we found this booklet, they gave out those environment friendly shopping bags with this booklet inside it so not sure if it’ll be in the stores as well. We haven’t found it inside the store since then and it’s been almost 2 weeks now since that promotion was going on.
It would be nice if it showed up in stores, we’d like a few more of those booklets to be sure but it seemed more like a one day special even to us.
Just called my Publix and they said they have it up by customer service. YAY!!

It is the Temple Terrace Publix on Fowler in Tampa, FL. This is most likely a USF booklet that’s why it’s not in any other Publix.
I remember when USF had this event last year, it was a one day deal. I missed it this year. Don’t get your hopes up looking for these booklets.
I can never find any of the coupon books at my store. The manager of my store has told me they have people on camera taking all of the books for themself. WOW!! Greedy!! I also noticed for a price you can buy just about any coupon book on Ebay. Im sure that is why these people are “stealing” them. So not only do they save money on their grocery bill but they make money off the books. SICK!! I dont buy them off Ebay. I refuse because it just encourages more stealing onthe part of the seller. Well intentioned couponers have to do without because of people like this!!! Sorry to vent but it makes me so angry.
That really sucks! People can be so greedy. When I see any of the Publix booklets at my local store, I only take 4–that gets me 2 good BOGO deals.
As to this new booklet, I haven’t seen it yet at my store, as well as the Gameplan booklet that was talked about earlier in the week.
I agree Leslie. It makes me mad too. Why take from other ones? I m trying to think positive and believe that they are selling it because they are in a very bad financial situation or cant pay their bill and need money or something but still. Are they too lazy to dumpster dive?
I’m not a dumpster diver but if I would need more coupons I would do it.

I noticed when those books are coming out they have them at the check out and THEY give you ONE. Not just take and run.
My Publix doesn’t even put them out anymore. That is why I am so glad when they post here about them. Then I go and ask the manager at my store and they usually have them behind the counter. It’s the few a-holes that make it bad for the rest of us. They are probably the ones who steal the coupons out of the papers so when you try to buy a couple more there are no coupons in them. They see people do it but say they can’t do anything about it. I say post a picture of the booklets and such by the door when you come in and say ask for this at customer service. Then they won’t all get taken.
I hope my publix will get this booklet but my guess is that it will be regional. Temple Terrace is right by USF and their mascot is the Bulls, so judging by the name of the booklet it will probably only be in that area. Maybe one of my Tampa friends can mail one to me.
I go the University of Florida in Gainesville and during the home opener game there were people handing out $3.00 off $30 coupons for Publix… if you go to UF make sure you’re on the lookout! Or any other college with football games!

I’m so jealous with Florida folks! You seems to get Publix coupons very often. We are not so lucky in Alabama, $5 would be nice to cover the 10% sales tax. 🙂
My husband and I stopped by the Temple Terrace Publix today (after our day at Busch Gardens), and they still had some available behind the counter in a drawer at Customer Service! We got one each and then my husband found two laying on the counter!! He is the best and supports all my couponing!! =)
Brittany, I would be happy to trade you for one of them or anyone else who has one. Our Publix is considered “Lakeland District,” but we are not even close to Lakeland. We never get any of the good coupon books for whatever reason.

I would LOVE one or two of these books!!!! I always get awesome baby coupons & would send whatever I can find as trade! Usually higher value than any prints or inserts (eg huggies wipe .75/1, $1/1 paper wipes, high value formula coupons etc)…. [email protected]
