Try emailing [email protected]. I got a response and they said that my refund has been processed and should show up on my bank statement within 3-10 business days. Hope it is true.
I am having the same problem with the restaurant.com deal. It is an ever vicious loop. You call the company, they say it was purchased from an outside vendor and tell you to go to the website, the website has you fill out a form, you get an email saying that you will get a response in 24-48 hours, if not click the link, when you click the link you are asked to fill out the form again and it starts all over. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

]]>Debbie, I have yet to receive my items and it’s been almost 4 months. I am very frustrated too as they keep promising a resolution but then nothing. I suggest filing complaint with BBB.org. That’s my next step.

I stopped posting the deals over a year ago when my readers complained they did not receive their orders and that the deals were not good. My wife and I, sister and brother-in-law and their friends were silly enough to book the cruise “deal” and are having an awful time getting them to deliver the dates and price paid. It seems that everything involves a ridiculously priced upgrade. So crazy is the upgrade price that you could book a cruise from Carnival for less!
Please let me know if others are having the same issues.

When I posted about Jill’s Steals and Deals, I ended up receiving more customer service complaints than positive feedback.
