I just stumbled upon this chicken recipe and thought it might be a good recipe for those of you who are thinking about staying in tonight! As long as you have chicken in your stockpile, garlic and brown sugar, you have all of the necessary ingredients to make this yummy looking recipe! I haven’t tried this recipe yet but when I read the reviews some were saying it turned out a little bland so you might want to add a little salt or hot pepper (or both) to zing it up! Along with this you could make a salad or a cooked veggie and then a carb side like rice or potatoes. Easy!
Easy Garlic Chicken Recipe

5) Add salt and pepper to taste.
6) Bake uncovered for 15-30 minutes.

Had this tonight for Valentines Day dinner with the hubby and kiddo. Sooooo good! I got rave reviews from around the table. I used chicken tenders instead of breasts because they were on sale, and I also added onions to the sauté. A little bit less brown sugar too, because I wanted to make sure it wasn’t too sweet for the little one. It was fantastic! And so incredibly easy. Cannot wait to make it again. Thank you for the recipe!
Melanie, that’s great! I’m so glad you liked it. Hubby made me Chicken Pasta Milano last night so we didn’t try out this recipe, but I definitely would like to especially now that you’ve given it rave reviews. 😉
