Lowry Park Zoo is having their $6 day this Sunday, July 21st! The event is presented by Walmart. This is a great opportunity to get acquainted with all the zoo has to offer. I am sure it will be packed as usual so prepare for the possibility!
Some important notes from the website: Visit your favorite animals at the Zoo and learn about endangered wildlife for just $6 admission per person. Free extra parking is available on $6 day only next to the Tampa Greyhound Track. Please note: due to this special discount, Zoo rides are not included with admission on $6 Day.
