My son (two years old) didn’t really understand what Christmas was besides the fact that today is the day Jesus was born. But let me tell you.. when he woke up this morning and realized that there were presents underneath the tree, he started to understand that Christmas = gifts. It was a joy to watch him get excited over fire trucks, truck books and choo choo trains. He’s excited to sing Happy Birthday to Jesus later today and eat cake 🙂 Oh – to think like a two year old again!
