I received my “free” Shout Color Catcher Sample on May 4th…but it was only an EMPTY ENVELOPE! After posting this, noticed that many others were in the same situation. Was never contacted about the problem,or never received a replacement. Now the site will not let me sign up again. Wonder how many actually received the Sample!
