Nielson Consumer Panel is accepting new members again!
I know in the past many of you have been frustrated because you have wanted to join Nielson’s National Consumer Panelbut you have been unable to since you didn’t have a landline. National Consumer Panel now is accepting applications for people who don’t have landlines! When you join, you will take surveys and be equipped with a scanner to monitor the purchases you make each week. My name is Liza and I began my money-saving journey in the Spring of 2009 as a way to stretch a limited household income. I had lost my job and my hubby was self-employed. I launched Addicted to Saving in November of 2009 and it has grown by leaps and bounds. Since then, my hubby and I have struggled with the ups and downs of two failed adoptions and are now LOVING being parents to our little man Asher who we brought home from Ethiopia in August of 2013. I feel incredibly blessed to be able to help you save money. My goal is that you will have FUN and become empowered to save more and more money each week..
They are accepting application again? Probably because so many people returned the scanners. Me included! Since it will take approx. 1 year of weekly scanning to even get enough points for the smallest prize, it’s just not worth the time.

I was on the panel when I lived in Michigan. I was able to spend the points on several items: a small corded vacuum, a set of tools and several other items. I might consider joining again, but now am a single, so would take longer to accumulate points.
My address is so long that Nielson always says I have entered my address incorrectly. My wife and I did it years ago when we lived in FL and got cash every month for doing it. We were so sad when those checks stopped coming.
