Hi there, Can someone please help me? Every time I try to print something from SmartSource, it tells me I don’t have Java installed. But, I do! And I have the latest version. Anyone know what could be wrong? Thanks a bunch.
There are so many problems with Java. Do a java update to see if that helps.
Sometimes you may have two versions installed & have to uncheck one of them to see which one works. To try that go to Control Panel, select Java, select Java tab, select View.
