Michelle emailed me some information that I thought would be helpful for some of you. Playtex has recalled a Pacifier Holder Clip due to a potential choking hazard, and has recommended consumers stop using this product until otherwise instructed.
The pacifier holder clips can crack and a small part can break off in the process; obviously this poses as a choking hazard to smaller children.
The Playtex Pacifier Holder Clips in question were sold in major retailers around the country, including Walmart and Burlington Coat Factory, and online stores as well (ie, Amazon), from July 2010 through October 2013 for about $3.
If you believe you own one of these, please take them away from your kiddos at once, and contact Playtex for instructions on how to return the product for a full refund.
