June was a crazy month. Looking back the past few months I can see that as my website has gotten bigger, I have gotten busier and busier. Consequently, I haven’t been able to personally take advantage of as many of the deals that are out there! If I was able to take advantage of more deals, I would have spent more out of pocket. Not that I’m complaining about how much I spent and saved – I am extremely grateful to have saved as much as I have. 😉 I am pleased with the fact that I was able to buy a ton of fruits and veggies which was my goal for June (and my goal going forward every month). I still have a bit more chicken in my freezer so I won’t need chicken breasts for a while, but I am getting low on extra lean ground beef so I will be watching for that to go on sale next 🙂
How did you do this past month? Did you see any areas you wanted to improve? If you are not yet keeping track of your spending and saving, start now! It is impossible to really make changes in the future if you don’t know how you did in the past!
