I’m finally going through the Sunday paper from yesterday.  There are definitely some great coupons and I thought I would highlight them so you don’t throw them away by accident.  **Tip for couponing newbies, save all coupons.  That way, if you need them in the future for an unexpected dirt cheap or freebie sale, you will have the necessary coupons!

**Coupons vary for every region/city/state.  You may have received different coupons than me.

RP (Red Plum) Insert

Thanks to everyone for emailing me deals you come across!! Please keep the deals coming – I LOVE to receive deals from you all and try my best to get them posted so that everyone else can benefit!!  Below are some awesome deals I’ve received the past few days!

Teresa emailed to remind us that Bird’s Eye Steamfresh and Green Giant are on sale at Target for $1.00 each!  She is using her $0.50/1 Steamfresh coupons from 3/21/10 SS to get her Steamfresh veggies for $0.50 each!!  Good find Teresa!!

Lisa emailed me that Buitoni Pasta is on sale 2/$6.00 at Publix until 4/2 and with the $1.00/1 printables (go HERE) you can get ravioli or tortellini for $2.00 each!! YUM

Larie commented that Buitoni Pasta (Fettucini, Angel Hair and Spaghetti) are on sale B1G1 $2.20 for two at her Publix.  Use two printable coupons and spend $0.10 each!

Kelly emailed me to tell me about the AWESOME peelies she found at her Publix.  Betty Crocker muffin mix is currently B1G1 at Publix, she found Publix store coupon $1/1 peelies on the mixes at her store!!   She used the $1/1 store coupons with the $0.50/1 manufacturer coupons to get FREE plus OVERAGE muffin mix!! So, be on the lookout!

Kelly also emailed me about the awesome deal she was able to put together combining strawberries, Cool Whip and Sara Lee Pound Cake!  Kelly found $1/1 Cool Whip peelies on her strawberries.  She used the two $1/1 peelies, the two $1/1 Sara Lee coupons and two of the Publix store $1.75 Strawberries wyb Sara Lee Pound Cake coupons.  Since Cool Whip is B1G1, Kelly bought 2 Cool Whip, 2 Strawberries and 2 Sara Lee Pound Cakes for $3.45!!! How amazing!! And, to top it off, she was only planning on getting Strawberries!! Way to go!!

Angela wrote in to tell how awesome her Publix is at substituting non-sale items for sales items that are out of stock.  Angela went in looking for deli meat that she would have received free because of the sale and her coupons had it been in stock.  She spoke with the Deli Manager (she recommends speaking with upper management :)) and the manager let her substitute a different brand of meat AND use the coupons she had!  SCORE!!
