If you are new to couponing, this is a great time to start using them! And, if you don’t eat Special K cereal, it would be a great item to donate to your local food pantry! Also – if you have the $2.50/2 Covergirl Cosmetics coupon or the $1/1 Covergirl coupon in the 12/26/2010 P&G inserts, make sure you bring it/them. I forgot to bring my Covergirl coupons but with the $3/2 coupon you should be able to score a great deal on nail polish, mascara, nail clippers and more!

Hi Elly! Great question – I would say that throughout year 2010 less than 5% of food I purchased went bad. Truthfully, I donate and give away a huge majority of the perishable items I purchase. And the food that I do have stockpiled I have organized by expiration date to insure that we consume or give away the foods that are expiring soon. Let me know if you have any further questions!

i stocked up on the chicken breast once again at $1.99 a #. also i don’t know if any of you have babies that use similac we do and publix has the similac allentum on sale for a little over $6.00 and its usually about $9.71. also if you go to thecouponclippers.com you can get $5.00 of any similac product for $.40 a coupon. i bought 100 of these and it cost me $40.00 to save $500.00!!!! so im getting the formula now for a little over a $1.00 a bottle. the coupons expire on the 31st of this month
Anyone else finding that a B1G1 coupon combined with a B1G1 offer is not resulting in a free item? At our store, you don’t have to purchase two items to get the discounted price, each item just rings up 1/2 the regular price. So, if Kellogg’s cereal is regular 3.99 a box, item 1 rings up 2.00, item 2 rings up 1.99. When the B1G1 coupon is applied only the 1.99 from the second item is being removed. Still not a bad deal, but definitely not free. Thought I’d ask/throw this out there and see what other people are getting.
Hi Lindsi! It sounds like you live in a state that doesn’t have “true B1G1s”. That is why you finding this to be an issue. What state do you live in?
Was the $1/1 Peter Pan Publix Q in a special insert in the 12/12 SS? I have 4 copies of that SS and cannot find it!
Oh, I was busy at Winn Dixie! I got meat balls I totally love and make many different meals with (even Gyro’s,) Oatmeal, Miracle Whip BOGO [rare bogo I think,] StarKist tuna, Chips Ahoy, Raisin Bran and Frosted Flakes. Since Special K is so good for us, I will go maul Publix tomorrow.

Hey Liza, How often is Bertolli on BOGO? They are the best sauces (their new Four Cheese Rosa is to die for) but I did not think they come up often for BOGO. Between Winn Dixie and Publix is it every several weeks or very rare? Classico is second best IMHO.

Just sent it! I also sent it to a ton of other people…so proud of myself. I even sent a photo of my receipt. I used all the coupons you posted and also had gotten a $5/20 from Winn Dixie that my Publix accepts. Great trip yesterday….great start to my weekend 🙂
(p.s. I’m not nuts with the .43 on my debit card. I had rang it thru during the checkout process not realizing it was only going to be a .43 total, but it was a very nice surprise!!)
if you haven’t tried the Yoplait smoothies your in for a treat. We had the banana/strawberry tonight and it taste a lot like the smoothies from McDonalds. My kids loved them; however, one pack only makes 2 cups. i gave my kids smaller cups and it was plenty. Great Deal!
Some of the Ronzoni pastas had $1/Classico sauce peelies. Sauce is on sale right now 2/$4, so you could score sauce for $1 or save for a better price later.
Thanks Lindsi that is so cool. I saw the BOGO Ronzoni – I whized by them for the Bertolli..but I will go back and look for stickies. Publix is just down the street.
My Publix still had Special K so I bought 3 and got 3 free. THEN they handed me 3 Special K Protien Shakes – (4 per case) so 12 free shakes. It was a special in one of their circulars it appeared you also get a box of bars or a box of shakes free. [Bradenton SR 64 anyway.]
I went back because I forgot something – and bought 2 more cereals and because they were out of the shakes they gave me cereal bars for free. The shakes and cereal bars are $6.39 or so normally. I think I am going on the Special K diet – for real!
FYI… Be on the lookout, at my Publix I found peelies on the Special K cereal bars and Protein shakes that said FREE Special K product (Up to 6.99) when you purchase 2 boxes of special K. So, since I had so many BOGO Special K cereal coupons, I got 12 boxes of Special K cereal, 4 boxes of protein shakes, and 2 boxes of cereal bars all for FREE 🙂
