I had the most amazing trip today! I spent $55.67 and saved $238.54!! Some of the ladies at work turned me onto your site and I can say I am hooked! My husband told me that I need to get a working list to keep track of what we have stockpiled so that we don’t go crazy! I am so happy to be couponing!

I love the Italian days sales promotion and th e$5.00 off of $30.00 just makes it that much sweeter. I took my hubby with me so he was able to help with the savings. I bought $247.83 worth of grocieries for $101.90. This included 10 boxes of Kellogg’s cereal, 16 cans of progresso soup, 6 bags of Mozzarella cheese, 2 comtainers of Ricotta, 14 jars of pasta sauce, 4 jars of pizza sauce, 2 bags of pepperoni, two bags of bagels, 1 bags of onions, 2 jars applesauce, 10 cans of junts tomatos sauce, 2 cans of diced tomatoes, 2 wishbone dressings, 6 boxes of pasta(still have some from past sales, 1 gallon milk, 2 cans of bread crumbs, 2 cans of parmesan cheese, 2 jars of lawry’s seasoning, 2 bags of Tyson chicken nuggets, and 2 pillsbury pizza dough. I think I got it all. But I had a 60% savings between the two trips. Now the part I hate the most. Put it all away.

P.S. Thanks for the heads up on the cereal coupons. That was a great deal.

I was under the weather today so I sent hubby to the store. He got 10 boxes of cereal, 8 boxes of whole grain Mueller’s pasta, 1 green pepper, and 2 canisters of Kraft parmesan cheese. The total he paid after coupons was $10.38. Now I am going to send in the upc’s for the Kellogg’s $10.00 gas card. So all of the above cost .38 cents………….I am doing the happy dance !!!!

Hi Kathy! I didn’t have a raincheck, my store had them marked as on sale BOGO. You might want to bring two cans to your store’s customer service and see how they ring up?

Liza, Did you have a raincheck on the bogo small Hunts tomatoes (14.5 oz)? Only the large cans are bogo in the ad. I just got back from Publix and only the large cans were bogo in my store.

Hi Arianna! I used the printable Publix Muir Glen coupon and I actually have one in front of me 🙂 It states $1.00/2 Tomato Sauce, Tomatoes, Tomato Puree, Soup, Tomato Paste, Pasta or Pizza Sauce assorted 6 to 28 oz can or jar. So the small can that I bought works with the printable since it is over 6 oz.

I noticed you used the Publix Q on Muir Glen Tomato Sauce (8oz)…the Q stated that it must be over 14.4oz…I used it on the canned tomatoes for an ending price of .33 which is still a good deal.

I’ve been going in and spending $30 or as close to that as possible to use the $5 off coupons and get maximum savings. I still have a few things to get but I’ve already taken advantage of the ricotta and mozzarella cheese. From previous sales I had lasagna noodles and ragu sauce so I’m going to make a few lasagnas and freeze them for nights I don’t want to cook. 🙂

Wow you are lucky that your publix will let you use both a $ off Publix coupon and another stores $ off coupon. Example the publix 5.00/30.00 and the winn dixie. Ours will not allow it. 🙁
my shopping trip:
1 jumbo pk pull ups, 18 cans progresso soup, 10 cans green giant veggies, 6 bxs quaker granola bars, 6 boxes fruit snacks, 2pks milk and cereal bars, 1 12pk soda, 2 lip balms, 4 pks Trix yogurts..
total before coupons.. approx: 140.00 after coupons $28.45 cents.

Pull ups are donation and my son has a camping trip coming up with his tiger scout troop that was the reason for so many snacks.

Nice job, just curious why you did not use the $1.00/2 Kraft cheese Target Coupons?
