As you can see from my picture, today’s Publix shopping trip wasn’t a huge trip! This has been a crazy week and it isn’t over yet. I try to work a certain number of hours each day and I can say that this week I definitely went well beyond the limits I set for myself! But, I’m so excited about the new printable grocery list – do you guys like it?? I’m also excited about the morning I had yesterday. Yesterday I went to ABC 10 Action News studio and they taped a piece that is scheduled to air this upcoming Wednesday! My hope is that I spoke at least somewhat intelligently!
During my trip today, I wanted some veggies but besides that, I didn’t stock up on much at all. I’m excited about the Blue Diamond Almonds and my husband will be excited about the Smart Balance spread. I only had two $1.00 off ANY Chinet coupons so I wasn’t able to stock up on the napkins like I wanted. I know many of you asked how to get that coupon – you have to sign up for a Chinet account. Then, Chinet emails you a coupon good for $1.00 off any Chinet product. The Covergirl Blush was a moneymaker as were the Sundown Vitamins. The overage from those items helped my out of pocket spending quite a bit! I ended up getting $8.62 worth of fresh veggies and spent a total of $7.80 on everything pictured. So, I was happy. And, I still had money left on my Publix gift card so I didn’t actually have to spend anything on today’s trip which made me even more happy! 😉
Please leave a comment on this post and let me know what deals you have taken advantage of this week!

Liza, thank you for working so hard! You promised us a printable shopping list and reached your goal way before promised which we are enjoying and appreciate! Your gardening updates have also been inspiring and fun! I’m not planning on a big Publix week either but am already worn out just from Walgreen’s anyways. The lunchables are a big hit in the house! I also had lots of RR’s to spend from the razors. It’s been fun! I am able to donate now thanks to you which has been rewarding. I even gave the cashier @ Walgreen’s a Lunchable Sub because she wanted one for dinner & I bought the last of them. She felt a little bad to take it but I couldn’t be happier to give it to her! Thanks to your help I am able to abundantly provide for my family even though I’m not able to work and can bless others as well!

Where is the health and beauty publix coupon found?
Kelly says
The coupon sheet was located on an end cap in my store near the health and beauty aisle.

I love seeing what other people bought! Thanks for the link up.
I love your new shopping list!

Where did the Publix produce coupon come from?
I looked all over the H&B section for the Publix H&B coupon sheet and could not find in my store!
Kim says
It came from a store in Orlando when I was there visiting. I gave Liza a couple of them when I got back!
Tracy Hall says
Thanks for the Link up!! Wishing I could find those produce coupons at my store. :0)

The chinet plates at my store were only $5.99 and they came in a 70 something count (30% more advertised on their plastic wrapping) so it turned out to be a good deal…I wasn’t sure at first if I was going to buy them.
also – JOIN THE WINN DIXIE baby club if your store takes winn dixie. these past two months they have sent me some really good coupons, including meat coupons. Even if you don’t have a baby. you’ve probably had a baby and didn’t have winn dixie baby club around then, or you’ve taken care of a baby, or you love babies. so don’t feel guilty! Do IT!! 🙂
Ann says
How do you get a $5.00 off winn dixie from orlando if you live in southwest florida? I live in naples and I would love these occasionally.
Kim says
They are from the Enjoy the City book that Liza posted about on the Groupon Deal a couple of months ago. There were 4 – $5 off coupons for Winn Dixie in the book!

Today I had to run back into my Publix, and one of my favorite cashiers told me that I used a coupon improperly. On the back of the Publix store coupon for the Cover Girl cosmetics (blush for me) it clearly states, “Not to be combined with any other coupon”. She didn’t get into any trouble for it and my store knows that I didn’t see it, but I wanted to pass it on to you as a little FYI.
Kim says
I just did that same deal today (4 blush) with NO problem! How can that do that when their new published policy states that you can stack a manufacturer with a Publix coupon? Just saying!
Erika C. says
Their coupon policy does state “Acceptance is subject to any restrictions on the coupon” so they can hold us to the exact language on the coupon, even if it’s a store coupon. If I had known that it said that it couldn’t be accepted with other coupons, I wouldn’t have used it.

**I’m reposting this comment here too**
My Publix treated the Cover Girl coupon as a store coupon and allowed me to use a manufacturer coupon along with it. They read the verbiage and took it to mean that the coupon can not be used in conjunction with any other store coupons. I think this is a situation where the best thing for everyone to do will be to ask their customer service (before shopping) how they will accept this coupon before shopping.

I used the covergirl coupons and my cashier said she could only take one because it says “limit of per purchase” how do you interpret that? I interpreted that as one per purchase of that item and I told the cashier that and she took them all but was not happy with it. I have never had a coupon problem at my publix and they usually do not care about limits so I was caught off guard. Thanks I just want to know for future reference to see if I did the right thing or not.

Hi Stacy! I will say that even though Publix has a coupon policy in writing, we will still find variances at each store. Many stores are limiting coupons that say “Limit of one coupon per purchase per customer.” If it says one per customer, that means no duplicate coupons should be accepted. That said, your coupon – the Covergirl coupon – only says “one per purchase” so I would interpret the coupon to mean that you can use one of the Covergirl coupons per item that you purchase. Sadly, each Publix location will interpret the coupons differently. 🙁

Thanks for the head’s up Erika! My Publix treated the Cover Girl coupon as a store coupon and allowed me to use a manufacturer coupon along with it. Liza,
Thank you so much for that perspective! There can be so many differences between stores, and this would be one of them. I didn’t even think of that scenario. The thing about it is that I can see both stores’ interpretation. Guess that’s one of YMMV situations. Thank you for your great site and finding the deals!

I think that is great about you being on T.V. Wish I could tune in, but I live in N.C. Anyway, keep up the good work and thank you for everything you do!

At my Publix, I found several boxes of the Arm & Hammer Toothpaste with a $1/1 coupon attached which made them $0.49 for me. I got 6 boxes.

Wow! Great find Seanbo! 🙂
