I ran to Publix a bit later today than normal. So I was expecting to see my store wiped clean of some of the items on my grocery list. But surprisingly, I was actually able to get everything on my list. I was able to do pretty good. I got 12 jars of baby food to give away as well as Bagel-fuls, pens and canned vegetables to give away. Not bad! I also was able to find some new coupon sheets and booklets and I will be posting them in the next couple of days!

Hi Kathy! The $10 off $50 is a great coupon! And you are right, I totally forgot! I wish I had used it instead of the $5/$30 Winn Dixie! Oh well! Please make sure you use it and think of me when you do! 🙂

Liza,
Do you know if Publix changed their rules on the $5/30 or $5/$50 coupons? Last week when I used the $5/$50 Winn Dixie coupon, my cashier told me that I had to total $50 AFTER she scanned my coupons and then should could use the $5/$50 if I was over $50! This never happened to me! It’s always been that you had to total $50 prior to the coupons being scanned. I didn’t investigate further yet with customer service.

My Publix has changed the rules as well. I use to be able to use 3 $5 off if I spent $90 and now I can only use one period. EVEN if I have someone with me. ALSO the last two times I went to Publix a manage was called over to check my coupons. I have stopped shopping at Publix and am now a new Walmart shopper. They just opened a new one right down the street and frankly there prices are much cheaper. I think Publix now only wants the elite with money.
Kim says
When you use other store’s coupons, Publix will go by the stipulations on that coupon, which I know Sweetbay stipulates that you have to be at the total required after all other discounts and coupons are applied (I’m not sure what Winn Dixie’s coupons state). Publix still allows you to use their total amount coupons on the total BEFORE coupons. So just be aware of the verbage on the coupons from other stores that you want to use at Publix. I hope this helps!
Kathy says
Thanks! It was actually the SweetBay $10/$50…I typed wrong! I checked with my Publix customer service today and they did tell me I can use the coupon as long as I meet $50 BEFORE coupons. I think it was just the cashier I had last week that was incorrect. I used another $10/$50 today!

Last time I tried to use a $5 off $30 Winn Dixie coupon & a $5 off $30 sweetbay coupon,) which they have always let me do before, they said that they were changing it so that u could only use 1. (my order totalled over sixty even w/ coupons
Ingrid says
According to corporate, you can use one competitor (Sweetbay) and one Publix coupon. You can not use 2 competitors, Sweetbay and Winn Dixie on one order.
Kim says
My publix this morning changed policies on me too. The $1.00 Paper mate target coupon states that coupon cannot exceed item price so they would only give me .50 off if I bought one, so I can still get them free but no overage.
