Well, like I think I said last week, another week has come and gone! Time is flying! Today’s Publix trip consisted mainly of a few necessities (grapes and squash – these grapes are priced nicely and have been SO good). Today’s trip also consisted of using some of the free coupons I have received in the mail the past couple of months. Many of my free value coupons expire this 8/31 so if you have any coupons in your stash at home go through to make sure you don’t let them expire! 🙂
I had sent my husband to Publix earlier this week for more salmon, so right now we have tons of chicken and salmon frozen away. I’m still waiting on a good deal on ground beef.. Although, to be totally upfront, with the ground beef recall recently, I will probably refrain from purchasing any for the next couple of weeks. To give you a head’s up, I realize that today’s shopping trip isn’t the most nutritious. My stockpile is full of really everything that I could need. So, today I created a grocery list around the great freebies available and also around the soon to be expiring coupons that I have.

Something went wrong when I tried to print the munchables coupon the first time. It only would let me print one more and said I couldn’t print anymore 🙁 It is still a good deal! thanks for sharing!
Mine froze too, only got one…so I added 2 more coupons and got it to print! Hope it helps!

Was the $5 off $30 purchase coupon for Winn Dixie in their weekly ad??? I get their weekly ad in my newspaper but have never found this coupon in there?

I tried to use the $5/30 Winn-Dixie coupon, but I was told it wasn’t based on the amount of product, but whatever the total was after the coupons were subtracted. Is this something new? I thought in the past they had based it on the amount of product bought.
I went to publix and had an amazing trip. I bought:
