This week’s shopping trip was yet another small one. We are still getting situated in our new house and I’ll be honest – my mom has brought us meals at least a few times this past week! 😉 I really wanted to use the $1.00 off Fruit & Vegetable Target coupon so we were able to save on asparagus and brussels sprouts – our faves. Now that we have postponed our coop membership, we are finding that it is difficult to get lots of fruits and veggies in our diet. Once we get fully situated here, I’m going to have to get us back on the healthy eating track!
