Yesterday my son and I headed to Publix for a mommy/son date. I haven’t done any major grocery shopping for over two weeks. We’ve gone to the store a couple times but have only bought a couple gallons of milk, a couple dozen eggs and half & half. My fridge is bare. This week our daughter has surgery and I’m not quite sure what to expect for her recovery. So I knew that I needed to shop yesterday instead of waiting until the last minute. My daughter still loves her noodles – it was a staple for her in China and while I know these ramen noodles aren’t nutritious, they are a familiar food to her and make her happy.
