Photo Show & Tell: Cascadian Farm Vegetables, Udi’s Frozen Pizza, Larabar, Nestle Candy and MORE

This has been another great week! I must admit – I’m exhausted!  I started running again this week.  Since I left for Ethiopia in July, I have fun four, maybe five times.  Now I’m in the midst of getting back into the routine of regularly running and I have a few half marathons I hope to run this winter.  So, running along with being a mom and working has tired me out!  My next goal is to start eating better.  I started eating gluten when I went to Ethiopia and I plan on going off of gluten again as well as starting to eat healthier.  Hopefully that will give me some more energy!

I had a great shopping trip at Publix.  Today there was lots of deals on frozen foods so I stocked up!

As a reminder, you do not see much produce in today’s shopping trip (besides the Fresh Express lettuce) because hubby and I belong to a weekly coop.  So, every week, we get a bin full of fruits and veggies.  We also have stocked up on boneless, skinless chicken breasts and ground beef with Zaycon Foods.  **Right now Zaycon Foods is taking reservations for their upcoming $3.49/lb Lean Ground Beef (93/7) Event!
