Photo Show & Tell: Lots of Fresh Veggies, Nature’s Own Bread, Libby’s, Tuttorosso, & More!

What a week! On Tuesday night I came down with a fever and sore throat. After being up much of the night alternating between shaking from chills and sweating from being overheated, I woke Wednesday with a screaming headache and sore throat. The sore throat has now carried on and turned into a cold. I have been using my essential oils all week on both myself and my son (who unfortunately got sick too). While some of the oils have definitely helped – the peppermint helped my fever and the Digize helped my nausea, I haven’t found an oil that just perfectly erases all traces of the sinus pressure and cold I’m dealing with now. I’ve been frustrated with my immune system this past year. It’s really down. And I wouldn’t expect that when I factor in the facts that I’m going to the chiropractor, eating super clean and sugar free, taking Vitamin D twice a day and using my oils. I guess that’s life though! I’m just in a stage where I’m more run down I guess!

So all that to say that hubby was a gem and went to Publix for me tonight. We weren’t overwhelmed with excitement over this week’s ad and to be honest, we don’t need much and don’t want to spend money on food we don’t need.
