Happy Halloween! The month of October flew by. With my son’s birthday, then my mom’s birthday and now Halloween, we are in the thick of fall. Fall is such a busy time for us because we spend even more time blogging about Christmas deals. It’s a fun time, but busy. And with all of the celebrations (including my upcoming bday 🙂 ) time flies! As of right now, I’m not sure if my two year old will go trick or treating tonight. We are headed to my church for a fall fest and then we may go to a few of our neighbors houses afterward. We’ll have to see how tired (aka cranky) he is once we get home.
Today’s shopping trip wasn’t a large one. We did get some great deals on the Jose Ole Taquitos and Mextremes and Pillsbury Crescent Rolls. We got three more bags of Halloween candy. It will be interesting to see how much candy we go through this year! In years past, I usually have a bag or two leftover! I’m secretly hoping we have leftover Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups because I want an excuse to make these Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bars. (say that three times fast!)
