How was your week this week? We had a great week here! Although, we had a horrible day on Monday. Mondays stink to start with right? Well, the end of our Monday consisted of hubby messing around with the coding here on Addicted to Saving and crashing the site. He broke the site so badly that he couldn’t figure out how to fix it. So that was the start of our bad night. Then, Asher decided he wanted to have one meltdown after another from dinner-time until bedtime. Constant crying while having Addicted to Saving on the fritz… bad combo. To top everything off, our beloved freezer in our garage broke. And it broke hours and hours before we realized there was no cold air going into it. So, hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of frozen food was ruined. So frustrating. You may remember how last week I said I wanted to eat “cleaner”? Well, losing all of our frozen food certainly pushed me closer to clean eating!
The highlight of my week was getting to see the pictures my friend Shelya (who owns her own photography business Paisley & Pinstripes) took of hubby, me and Asher. Our pictures were taken at the beach at sunset. I was very worried about how the pictures would turn out because Mister Asher is B U S Y which makes picture taking very difficult. (It actually makes doing pretty much anything very difficult since he is all over the place and he is in everything pretty much all of the time!) Well let me tell you, Shelya worked her magic and the pictures melted my heart. Below are three of my favorites for you to see 🙂 My favorite picture is the one of the three of us where he is super serious and also super adorable! We do have pictures of him smiling too – don’t worry – and they are just as cute!
As a reminder, you do not see much produce in today’s shopping trip because hubby and I belong to a weekly coop. So, every week, we get a bin full of around 40 lbs of fruits and veggies. We also have stocked up on boneless, skinless chicken breasts and ground beef with Zaycon Foods. **Right now Zaycon Foods is taking reservations for their upcoming $3.49/lb Lean Ground Beef (93/7) Event!
If you shop at a Publix that accepts Winn Dixie coupons, you might notice that every week I use a $5.00 off $30.00 Winn Dixie Enjoy the City coupon while grocery shopping. Right now Enjoy the City coupon books are on sale for as low as $1.33 each! (Each book has FOUR $5/$30 Winn Dixie coupons!) When I factor the cost of the coupon book with the $20.00 worth of coupons in it, each book is an $18.76 MONEYMAKER! Go HERE to see the Enjoy the City deal.

I LOVE the pictures. Ty again for sharing.
What beautiful pictures! Absolutely adorable, great looking family! Thanks for letting us all see how Asher is growing and how you are doing!
Awwww, I love the pictures. Sorry about the freezer(and the website). Our fridge in the garage broke 2 months ago and we had the same thing happen. Very frustrating.
So cute, thanks for the updates as always!
Great pictures! Thank you so much for sharing them. I love seeing the blessings and miracles of the Lord! Asher is so cute!
