I found it but it was in the regular “food” coupons section, not in the local section.
There is a Ritz Crackers coupon in the Publix Savings are Stocking Up Booklet. I already used mine, but I think it was $1/1 or maybe it was $2/2. If you don’t want to wait for a BOGO, you could use this now (it expires on 8/31).
