Hope to call in the morning to try my luck at pre-ordering. I have 14 of these coupons thanks to the Tuesday ‘extra’ paper around here (old apartment complex I used to live at, and I still know which ones have nobody in them). I’d like to get at least 10 and pay around $4 in taxes.

went to walmart this am…the starter kits were 9.97. The brush kit was 3.97
got it! had to go to customer service…
I went to Wal-Mart in Sarasota and they said they never got the sale item in – I went ealry just for that and was so disapointed 🙁
I went to pinellas park walmart and was able to get 20. Was only going to get 4 but was put through a lot. All I did was ask what the difference was. I was sent to 5 different managers. One manager told me the ad had 2 refills. I called scrubbing bubbles and they told me no starter kit comes with 2 refills. Stil calm I called 1-800 walmart to ask what the difference was between the 9.97 and advertised 3.97 and was told nothing that they are having this problem. I was called back 30 minutes later with 20 waiting on my at pinellas super walmart on 19. I didnt yell or get upset. I read the box and it read the same as the ad. I heard the manager talking to another manager on how we couponers were going to get them free. I really dont understand what the big deal is. I think the ad was unfair if walmart isnt going to honor it. Anyone else still having problems.
Kandace – I have heard many rumblings of problems using the coupon on this item. That said, I am so proud of you for staying calm through everything! I can’t tell you how many times I hear about people yelling and getting angry during situations like this. Kudos to you! 🙂
WHEW!!! I went through so much at my clearwater store today trying to get them. I called first to make sure they had them, I was told definetely yes we have them, in fact they said we have a lot of them! So happy me trotted into the Walmart only to not find them on the shelf. I then went to the person working in the dept, said I just called and you guys said you had them, he very politely said I will check the back, he came out with a whole cart of them, but to my suprise when I got to the front they were not the “SPECIAL” ones. So i was just like ok I guess the good Lord is telling me not to be lazy and pick up the toilet wand and wash my toilet by hand. We determined me who doesnt have that kind of time called a few more wal-marts (5 to be exact) finally talked to a manager at the the St. Pete supercenter who said that many of the pinellas wal-marts were late getting that in and that they received their shipment last night. So he said he just set up the display and that if his store received them then he is pretty sure others will too!! So happy me gets a helpful toilet bowl cleaner after all!!! WOOOOHOOO!!! Thanks Liza for informing me of this deal (even though i went a little crazy looking for them)
