To clarify, does tax count towards the $30? I plan on going there today and the total I’m getting before tax is $29.97 and I just want to make sure before I get to the register and pay and not get the ECB. Thank you!
Andrea, did you go yet? Every time I have done this deal they credit me the ECB’s, however I did have a couple readers lately that said they had to purchase another 3 cents worth of participating items. Let us know!
