Hi Vicki – there should be boxes (and I see boxes when I look at it). What browser are you using and what operating system are you using? If they are older models, you might consider updating. You could also try updating Java as well. Sometimes funky things happen with the cache too, so you could try hitting F5 on your computer or clearing your cookies from your Internet History. Also, did you restart your computer? Sometimes that helps – let me know if one of these solved the problem!
