Hi Madonna! Thanks for the comment! I do include e-coupons in my coupon matchups. However, you can not use a Publix e-coupon and a manufacturer coupon on one item. So keep that in mind when you are shopping with coupons. If you use your e-coupon, even if it is a lower value, Publix will not accept a manufacturer coupon as well on that same item.
