Steve says
I live in Citrus County just north of Tampa and subscribe to the Citrus County Chronicle. My friends and I haven’t received any Smart Source coupons in our Sunday papers since last year. I called the Citrus County Chronicle and they said their corporate headquarters has decided to no longer distribute the Smart Source coupon inserts in our newspaper. I called the St. Pete Times who also delivers in our area but they can not guarantee we will receive the inserts because Smart Source dictates to them the zip codes for distribution. They suggested I check the Sunday newspapers at the store before purchasing (i.e., do not subscribe). WOW, what is going on here?
