Sam’s Club will be offering another FREE Health screening on Valentine’s Day, February 14th, from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Tests will include TSH (Thyroid), Glucose, Total Cholesterol, HDL (Good Cholesterol), Risk Ratio, Blood Pressure, Body Fat Percentage, and Vision. All tests are performed by a licensed professional. Please check with your local Sam’s Club HERE for participation and further details.
Fine Print: Vision screening/testing is only available in clubs with an Optical Center; may vary by location and is subject to state laws.
