Recycle Bank is a program that incentivizes you to recycle. This is a program I have been involved with for over a month now. It is awesome. I haven’t posted about it because I was too lazy a bit uncertain on how to explain everything in an easy to read manner. But, I have to assume you will be able to figure everything out even if I am a bit confusing.
Here’s why I like this program – you get HIGH VALUE coupons for signing up!! How would you like some $3.00 off of $50.00 Publix coupons? Or, $1.00 off Bumble Bee Tuna coupons? Or gift cards? The possibilities are endless. I will walk you through what you need to do in the steps below.
1. Sign up for an account. If your home address is not part of the recycling program, don’t worry, you can still be a part of this. Just follow the prompts, create an account and you will receive 100 points for joining.
2. Your Recycle Bank account should show a credit 0f 100 points immediately after joining. You can put these points towards coupons. Example: $3.00 off of $50.00 purchase at Publix “costs” 30 points.
3. Sign up for a Kashless account. This is a program linked to Recycle Bank. It encourages exchanging/trading/giving away items you no longer want to people within your community who are looking for those items.
4. Once you sign up to Kashless, you can earn more points by a) searching for items and SAVING your searches – earn 10 pts per search b) referring friends – earn 20 pts per email address c) complete your Kashless account profile – earn 10 pts. You can earn a maximum of 300 pts per week. **It takes approximately 24 hours for your points in Kashless to transfer over to Recycle Bank.
Let me know if you have any questions regarding the process mentioned above. It will take you a little time, but once you figure out how to navigate the websites, it will be WORTH IT!! I’ve already received and used a couple Publix coupons and I just redeemed more points last night for more coupons! 🙂

Hi Chrisy – I think that Recycle Bank is out of Publix coupons right now. I ordered approximately six Publix coupons a little over a month ago now so I’m still going through my stash. I think they have Winn Dixie coupons though and if your Publix accepts Winn Dixie coupons as competitor coupons, those would work too…

40 for signing up woulda been nice…i only got 25 but also got 50 for the ebay thing. the mags code is no longer working and kashless says it’s over.
